The qualities and vision you find in responsible human could be one of these:
If you dont find it in you or in a person whom you interact then it is waste of time and effort.
1. Never miss a chance to use it to serve the needy, the sick, helpless, ignorant and poor.
2. Honesty that gives peace and joy, which no amount of money can ever give.
3. Truth wins the battle.
4.Fill heart with love and devotion, then do the duty.
Other than these you know what you are, that is,
Man's greatness lies in his own effort, leave the rest to God.

Hobby
I made a Proverb
Burn your ego, and run your heart,
Then steering your mind to your good thoughts
You can catch success.
Be thinking be ticking be tingling and avoid freezing :)
gennie is a positive word
one who makes dreams come true.
gennie(Managers) gives wishes and outsmarts along wishes.
You can work with a DEVIL, but you can not work with ROCK.
ROCK is dumb and sturdy.
It is always quality not the quantity that should matter.
Knowledge about work does not matter,
Having responsibility about work is important.
Thought for the day
Discontent is the first necessity of progress. Thomas Alva Edison
One's character is not visible in a mirror.
